Maor Kabesa Apps — Terms of Use

These terms apply to every app published by Maor Kabesa Apps on the Wix App Market: Accessibility Menu, Client Projects, Send Files, Proof & Approve, File Requests & Uploads, Selects and Upload Files on Products. By installing one of them you agree to these terms in addition to the Wix App Market Terms of Use.

What the apps do

Each app adds one focused tool to a Wix site: a floating accessibility menu, client-facing status pages, download pages, proof approvals, file collection, proofing galleries or product-page uploads. The apps run on Wix's infrastructure and store what they create in the site owner's own Wix CMS collections and Media Manager. The site owner keeps full control of that content and can delete it at any time.

Pricing and billing

Some apps are entirely free. Others offer a free plan with limits and a paid plan. Paid plans are sold only through Wix checkout, on the pricing page Wix shows inside the site dashboard, and are billed, renewed, upgraded, downgraded and cancelled by Wix under the Wix App Market billing terms. We never take payment outside Wix and never charge for anything an app describes as free. The current price of each paid plan is shown on the app's App Market page before you buy.

Accessibility Menu is not a compliance tool

The Accessibility Menu changes how a page is displayed for the visitor who opens it. It does not make a site compliant with any law or standard, does not guarantee protection from complaints or legal action, and does not replace an accessibility audit or accessible design. No overlay or menu can do that. Treat it as a convenience for visitors, not as a legal measure.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you publish through the apps and for having the right to share files, images and texts with your clients and visitors.
• You decide who receives share links, PINs and passwords; anyone who has them can open what they protect.
• You keep your own backups. The apps store data in your Wix site, and deleting a project, delivery, gallery or request deletes its records.

Availability and changes

The apps are provided as they are. We work to keep them available and to fix defects quickly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may change, limit or discontinue a feature or an app. Where a change affects a paid plan, Wix's billing rules on cancellation and refunds apply.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Maor Kabesa Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the apps, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant app through Wix in the twelve months before the claim.
